Connection and Balance

Quieting the mind is no small feat especially given all the chaos which has been erupting as of late.

Patience wears thin.

Stress levels rise.

People are at odds with those they were once simpatico.

Cats on a hot tin roof.

The plug or energetic connection is plugged in then disconnected, then plugged in again and disconnected again.

The disconnection is unsettling and frustrating.

So, what’s a person to do?

We have been through it all – six ways to Sunday and back.

How did we survive?

What makes you think we did?

While some may have, others did not.

You may want to hear from those who did or from those who did not or several in between.

We all have our unique point of view and we all, all of us, are exactly where we are destined to be.

You’ve heard this before and you’ll hear it again.

It’s all about connection. And connecting to your inner balance is essential.

There are too many ways for one to get knocked off balance. The easiest is to not have your own thoughts or beliefs and to acquiesce to the thoughts and beliefs of the loudest voice in the room.

You must tune into your own thoughts, beliefs, values, and morals and anchor yourself with those. Become unflappable. Do not surrender in advance.

Tap into your own strength and waver not. Falter not.

That is a sound, stable beginning. And it is from within that space and place that you will become centered and balanced.

Begin there. We will guide you in your next step.

~~~~~Anchor Yourself 2025~~~~~
As you may have noticed, by their staccato-like method of delivery, this message is courtesy of my spirit collective. They are wise beyond their earthly years and are always ready, willing and able to share their experience, strength and hope. If you are wondering how you can connect with your own thoughts to anchor yourself and lean into your inner balance, give one or several of these suggestions a go;
Connecting with Others & Yourself:
*Prioritize Relationships: Make time for loved ones, whether through regular check-ins, shared activities, or simply spending quality time together.
*Engage in Shared Activities: Plan activities that involve both technology and human interaction, like virtual game nights or movie nights with discussions.
*Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors to provide a sense of balance and well-being, promoting a connection to the natural world.
*Practice Mindfulness: Engage in activities that help you be present and aware, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises.
*Unplug Regularly: Set aside time to disconnect from technology and focus on real-life interactions and activities.
Achieving Balance:
*Practice Self-Care: Prioritize activities that nurture your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, such as exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep.
*Set Boundaries: Learn to say no to commitments that don’t align with your priorities, and create space for activities that matter to you.
*Time Management: Organize your time effectively to ensure you have enough time for work, personal activities, and rest.
*Identify Values and Priorities: Reflect on what’s truly important to you and make sure your actions align with those values.
*Find Balance in Your Daily Routine: Incorporate activities that promote both work and play, social engagement and quiet reflection.
*Focus on Physical Well-being: Engage in regular physical activity and maintain a healthy diet.
*Prioritize Rest and Relaxation: Make sure you get enough sleep and allow yourself time to recharge.
