Success is Being Open to Receive

Among my many joys when writing my book The Spirits Speak on Success, was the contribution of our animal companions who gifted us with their voice, their story.

Day 19

It truly is amazing the number of incarnations we take on in our __________________.

Lifetime?

Many different forms, embodiments, beings;

Human

Canine

Rock

Paper

Scissors

Mineral

Vegetable

Air

Earth

Water

What I’m getting at, is you – one – never knows what’s next.

You cannot anticipate nor prepare for what’s next –

But…

You can prepare for success.

You can prepare for it by being open to receive it.

It all begins with receptivity.

Allowing yourself to be open and (always) in the space to receive.

Now bear in mind – we receive positive and negative. That’s a no-brainer.

The success is, or, success is, being able to hang onto positive and allow negative to flow right on through.

Think of a colander – when you rinse vegetables, or grains using a colander – the water – or unwanted particles are the negative. Not needed.

Unnecessary.

Not worth holding onto.

Now don’t get me wrong – the water is an important element in the process of rinsing – but you don’t need to hold onto it.

Much like receiving negativity, there’s a lesson there and a reason why the negatively was attracted or called to you in the first place – check it out – don’t dwell there, bless it and let it go.

It is so easy to close down.

It’s a form of protection.

I know all about that – especially in my last incarnation as Simone, the ♫ black dog, black dog ♪.

I was abused.

Plain and simple.

I closed down.

That was my lot.

But – I dreamed.

And in my dreams I was loved and respected for who I was and what I had to offer.

I dreamt of that constantly – so much so that I made it happen. I was open to receive – that is what I am telling you.

I was open to receive love and goodness and respect.

And I was blessed with that.

I was blessed – in my third home, by love, respect and joy.

Much joy.

So, success begins with being open to receive.

And a truly successful soul keeps on giving.
