A Little Gratitude Goes a Long Way

There are unlimited benefits to practicing gratitude on a daily basis.  A few, as outlined by the graphic above, include reaching more goals, improving your health, sounder, better sleep and better energy, a stronger love life, ability to support others, and an increase in likability.

Keeping a gratitude journal is an excellent way of creating new mindsets while serving as a powerful reminder of just how far you have come (when you look back over the months) and the miracles which were created as a result.

I keep a notebook next to my bed and write every night.  I have been doing this for decades and am blown way when reading old journals.  Many of the ‘things’ for which I had been grateful, but had yet to come to fruition at the time of my writing, did come to fruition.
